One address, read by a person: hello@systrex.com
Worth writing about
- A wrong answer. The most useful message you can send. A tool that is quietly wrong is worse than one that is missing.
- A tool you keep wishing existed. Especially if you currently solve it with a shell one-liner you have re-typed for years.
- Something broken in a particular browser.
- An accessibility problem. These are treated as defects, not requests.
If you are reporting a wrong result
Include the exact input you gave, the output you got, and what you expected instead. If the correct answer came from somewhere specific, an RFC, a vendor document or another tool, say which. That turns a disagreement into a fix.
What to expect
This is not a support desk and there is no response time commitment. Mail is read. A clear report of a wrong answer gets attention first.
There is no mailing list, and your address is not added to anything.
